1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing emidigitalagency.com or using our free digital marketing training services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

EMI Digital Agency provides:
- Free 7-day digital marketing training course
- Free downloadable resources and templates
- Educational blog posts and guides
- Weekly newsletter with growth tips
- Optional paid consulting services
Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
3. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate contact information
- Not be a competitor agency
- Use services for legitimate business/educational purposes
4. Free Services Terms
4.1 Free Training Access
- One free course per person/email
- Downloadable resources for personal/business use only
- No commercial resale of free materials
- Content updates at EMI's discretion
4.2 Email Communications
- Newsletter subscribers receive 1-2 emails weekly
- Easy unsubscribe link in every email
- No spam - educational content only
5. Paid Services (If Applicable)
Paid services have additional terms:
- Full payment required before service delivery
- No refunds after digital delivery
- Strategy calls scheduled within 48 hours
- 60-day results guarantee (select services)
Note: Currently all services are free during launch phase.
6. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Copy/resell EMI content commercially
- Use automated systems to access content
- Post EMI materials on other websites
- Impersonate EMI staff or create fake testimonials
- Attempt to hack or disrupt our services
7. Intellectual Property
All content belongs to EMI Digital Agency:
- Blog posts, guides, templates (copyright EMI)
- Designs, graphics, website code
- Brand names, logos, trademarks
You may:
- Download free resources for personal/business use
- Share links to EMI content
- Quote short excerpts with attribution
8. Disclaimers & Limitations
We do not guarantee:
- Specific follower counts or revenue
- Google/Facebook algorithm changes
- Competitor-free markets
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- EMI is not liable for lost profits or revenue
- Total liability capped at ₦10,000
- No liability for indirect/consequential damages
- Free services have ZERO liability
10. Termination
We may terminate/suspend access if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Provide false information
- Abuse free services
- Engage in fraudulent activity
You may stop using services anytime (unsubscribe from emails).
11. Governing Law
These Terms governed by:
- Nigerian law (Federal Republic of Nigeria)
- Rivers State courts (Port Harcourt jurisdiction)
- Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 compliance
12. Changes to Terms
